CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY:
As things may come up in your weekly schedule, we appreciate as much notice as possible to fill your appointment space with another guest. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for changing or canceling an appointment. The second cancellation made within less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge of the services scheduled and a credit card will need to be put on your account for all future appointments. The third cancellation made within less than 24 will result in a 100% charge and all future appointments paid in full at booking.
FIRST TIME VISIT POLICY:
All new guest appointments are required to put a credit card on file at the time of reserving their appointment.  A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for changing or canceling an appointment.  If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours it will result in 50% charge of the services scheduled.
NO SHOW OR MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS:
The first no show appointment will not have a charge, a credit card will need to be put on file to book another appointment.  The second no show will result in 100% charge of services booked and all future appointments will need to be paid in full at booking.
REFUND POLICY:
We guarantee all of the service when you follow our regime recommended for your hair.  We do not offer refunds on services.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call us within 7 days of your visit so we can help with any adjustments necessary.
